"You are not alone in this journey."
At Embrace Ability we are committed to empowering people with disabilities to live full, and meaningful lives. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to opportunities, community, and support.
Embrace Ability provides personalized services designed to meet each person's unique needs and goals — from daily living assistance and skill development to recreational programs, and advocacy. We work side by side with individuals, families, and community partners to create environments that promote inclusion, dignity, and respect.
If it is at home, at work, or with the community, our mission is to make a positive change by helping every person reach their highest potential.
The passion for supporting individuals with disabilities began at home. Growing up alongside family members and friends who lived with a disability, our founders witnessed firsthand the challenges individuals and families face — along with the strength, resilience, and potential that too often go unrecognized. That journey deeply shaped our values, our career paths, and our commitment to advocacy.
At Embrace Ability, our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities and special abilities to live independent, meaningful, and fulfilling lives through individualized services rooted in empathy, dignity, and respect.
We are committed to creating inclusive opportunities and providing personalized support and individual navigation in wellness, resource connection, daily living activities, financial literacy, goal setting, skill building, supportive care, peer mentoring, physical therapy support, and social engagement — ensuring every need is understood, every voice is heard, and every expectation is exceeded.
Our goal is to empower each individual in their own unique abilities while fostering confidence, independence, purpose, and belonging. We believe in dignity in every ability and are dedicated to serving our community through culturally responsive, person-centered care that honors diversity, strengthens inclusion, and uplifts every individual and family we serve.
We don't guarantee approval of service or outcomes — we only assist, navigate and support.
